Garbage menace in Shalimar Bagh

Garbage menace attracts cows in various parts of Shalimar Bagh East and West. Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan going for a toss. This really needs to be addressed urgently by authorities concerned. This picture is from BT block, Shalimar Bagh.
