On February 8, Lisa took to her Instagram to reveal the inception of her very own artist management company, LLOUD , accompanied by a fresh profile picture. In her announcement, Lisa shared her aspirations for LLOUD, articulating her vision for the label.

At the same time, each of the four BLACKPINK members has extended their contracts with YG Entertainment for group endeavors. This signifies that Lisa's involvement in group activities with BLACKPINK will continue to be overseen by YG Entertainment, whereas her solo ventures will be managed by LLOUD.
