IndiGo starts daily non-stop flights on Delhi-Agartala route. Check fares, other offers

New Delhi: IndiGo has started operations on its Delhi-Agartala route effective from August 14, 2019. The bookings on this route are open with immediate effect, with fares starting at Rs 3,999.  IndiGo will be the first airline to fly on Delhi-Agartala route, according to the company's press release. 

“In line with the government’s vision to strengthen tourism in the North-East, we are pleased to launch these flights to enhance point to point connectivity in the region. We are confident that increased connectivity will be an enabler to nurture tourism and trade opportunities, with Agartala’s rich culture and Dibrugarh’s sprawling tea estates, in
not just these cities but also the surrounding areas,” said William Boulter, Chief Commercial Officer of IndiGo.

In another offer, passengers can get 15 per cent cashback of up to Rs 2,000 plus complimentary fast forward service using Bank of Baroda credit card. Users can use promo code 6EBOB to avail this offer. This offer will be valid for the minimum booking amount of Rs 4,000.

According to the terms and conditions are given on the website, this offer is made by BOB Financial Solutions Limited (BFSL) to the customers of BFSL who are residents of India booking IndiGo’s flights on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), using a valid BFSL credit card. The validity of this offer is from August 8, 2019 (6:30 pm)  to February 14, 2020. 

Under this offer, the complimentary Fast Forward service is applicable on the first sector of entire journey per PNR subject to a minimum booking amount of Rs 4,000 upon entering of promo code ‘6EBOB’ and Bank of Baroda credit card number on IndiGo’s website.

In order to avail free Complimentary Fast Forward service, the customer is required to visit the IndiGo website and book flight. On the payment page, he or she needs to insert the promo code 6EBOB and the Bank of Baroda credit card details in the 'Apply promo code' section. It is important to note here that the offer is valid only on regular fares and not on discounted fares.

IndiGo has also introduced daily non-stop flights between Silchar and Kolkata with effective from September 20, 2019. The fares will be starting from Rs 2,418.

Worth mentioning here is that IndiGo has a fleet of over 200 aircraft, it offers around 1,400 daily flights and connects 55 domestic destinations and 17 international destinations.
