Indore reports 4 deaths, 84 positive cases
INDORE: Four persons, including a woman, died due to Covid-19 on Thursday taking the toll to 126 in Indore.
As many as 84 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Indore taking the tally to 3344.
The local health bulletin stated that three persons, including an 80-year-old woman of Sankhla Colony, died due to Covid-19 on Wednesday.
They had diabetes and hypertension.
A 62-year-old man, resident of Nehru Nagar , died on May 20. His reports came positive for Covid-19 on Thursday. Apart from diabetes and hypertension, he was suffering from obesity.
The bulletin said that 1073 samples were tested in laboratories in Indore district during the day and 84 people were found positive.
As many as 1545 Covid-19 patients are being treated for the infection in city hospitals and 2884 people are kept in quarantine centres of the city.
