Kalaiyarasan's 'Titanic - Kadhalum Kavundhu Pogum' to release on OTT platform?
While Jyotika's 'Ponmagal Vandhal' released on a popular OTT platform recently and Keerthy Suresh's 'Penguin' is also slated to release on the same platform, the latest buzz is that Kalaiyarasan-starrer ' Titanic - Kadhalum Kavundhu Pogum ' might release soon on a popular OTT platform.
The film is directed by debutant director M Janakiraman and CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment has bankrolled the project.
M Janakiraman, who has assisted directors Bala, Sudha Kongara and Balaji Mohan. The film stars Kalaiyarasan , Anandhi , Varma Ramaswamy and Ashna Zaveri in the lead roles along with Kaali Venkat and Jangiri Madhumitha in supporting roles.
Reports are the producer CV Kumar is in talks with a popular OTT platform, and soon, the direct OTT release date of Titanic will be announced.
Interestingly, STR has sung a folk number titled 'Gokka Makka' along with Pragathi Guruprasad in the film. This is the first time the music director is collaborating with Simbu. The film is a romcom, and is said to be a fun film from start to finish. The story takes places in Chennai, Kodaikanal, a village near Coimbatore, and Bengaluru and also on a train.
