Khesari Lal Yadav gets mobbed by the crowd at an event in Deoghar

Bhojpuri singer-actor Khesari Lal Yadav got attacked by the people at Kamal Kant Narone Stadium in Deoghar , Jharkhand . Reportedly, the crowd went uncontrollably in between and started throwing stones on police personnel outside the stadium. Several people from the crowd also threw slippers at the stage while the actor was performing.

A Police officer Madan Kumar Thakur also got injured while handling the situation. Later, the police personnel decided to lathi-charge to push the mob but the crowd became more aggressive.

Khesari played his first role in the film 'Sajan Chale Sasural' which stars Smirti Sinha and Neha Shree. He is known as one of the highest-paid actors of the Bhojpuri cinema . He enjoys a huge fan following across the country.

On the work front, he will be in films like 'Coolie No. 1', 'Hera Pheri' and 'Teri Meharbaaniyan'.
