Lodge civic complaints via WhatsApp: Residents

Social separating standards and different limitations on open managing in government workplaces due to Covid-19 has come as a surprisingly positive development for inhabitants of 167 urban nearby bodies (ULBs) in the state.

Rather than setting off to the workplace of particular metro body, occupants of the ULBs would now be able to look for change of their complaints by means of WhatsApp.

On August 15, the Local Bodies Department is good to go to dispatch mSeva WhataApp Chatbot, a product program which runs on scrambled WhatsApp stage.

The new complaint change system has been effectively tried on pilot premise in five ULBs, Amritsar, Phagwara, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur and Zirakpur. On August 15, the Chief Minister would dispatch the office that would at first spread municipal issues.
