Lok Sabha Polls 2019: BJP Fields Kharbela Swain From Kandhamal, Ex-DGP Prakash Mishra From Cuttack

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday announced the candidature of Odisha’s former director general of police Prakash Mishra from Cuttak parliamentary constituency. The BJP also fielded former MP Mahameghabaham Aira Kharbela Swain from Kandhamal parliamentary seat. With its eighth list on Monday, the BJP has declared candidates for 309 parliamentary seats, including support to one independent candidate in Mandya seat of Karnataka.
After joining BJP, Swain in his reaction expressed happiness over his return and claimed that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi India has emerged out to be a strong state in the world. Being inspired by the development initiative of Modi he decided to re-join BJP, added the former Balasore MP. Bharatiya Janata Party releases list of candidates for two parliamentary constituencies and nine assembly constituencies in #Odisha.
