Mahesh Babu Sports Long Hair, Looks Beefed Up As He Attends A Wedding With Family, Is It For SSMB 29?

Fans of actor Mahesh Babu are constantly looking for updates about his upcoming film with director SS Rajamouli which is tentatively known as SSMB 29.

Now, Mahesh Babu's recent appearance at a wedding has piqued the curiosity of fans, as they were able to see a new look of the actor, which they believe is for the massive project.

Going by the visuals, Mahesh Babu who usually maintains a lean physique, looks beefed up. Fans were able to spot his strong biceps in the short visuals. The video also featured the actor sporting long hair.

The viral images show the actor attending the event with his wife Namrata Shirodkar and daughter Sitara
Ghattamaneni. The Okkadu actor is seen interacting with close family members and well-wishers including his sister Manjula Ghattamaneni and actor Prabhas' aunt Shyama Devi.

About Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli's Film

Director SS Rajamouli, revealed about the film at an event in Japan. He said “We started my next film. We completed the writing and we are in the pre-production process. But we haven’t finished the casting yet. Only hero is locked, his name is Mahesh Babu. He is a very good actor. Many of you know him. He is very handsome. Hopefully, we finish the film a little bit fast and during the release I will bring him here."

According to reports, Mahesh Babu’s character in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film is inspired by Lord Hanuman. Writer and SS Rajamouli's father, Vijayendra Prasad, who has penned the story of the film, revealed in his latest interview that the makers will be roping in Hollywood actors for an action-adventure which is set in Africa.

Mahesh Babu's remuneration

Though Mahesh Babu usually charges between Rs 60 to Rs 80 crore per film, analysts expected him to receive a high fee for his film with SS Rajamouli. However, there were reports that Mahesh Babu would not take remuneration for this movie. Instead, both Rajamouli and him might share in the film's profits. The movie team has yet to confirm these reports.

MM Keervani is working as the music composer. KL Narayana is bankrolling the project under the Durga Arts banner. An official announcement regarding the rest of the cast of the film and other details are yet to be announced.
