Man killed wife by throwing acid on wife, now got punished

Recently, in the matter of crime which has come to light, in the case of seven years of marriage, the first ADJ court has sentenced the guilty husband to life imprisonment in the case of killing of wife. At the same time, according to the information revealed in this case, a woman resident of Kashipur had a love marriage with a young man resident of Amroha (UP) in 2009.

The young man used to work in a factory in Mahuakhedganj and even after many years of marriage, when there were no children, the couple started quarrelling.

At the same time, the wife woman started living in a rented house in a Punjabi inn separate from her husband, but even then the husband used to come in her room and beat her. On the evening of 17 August 2016, the wife was returning to duty from a bulb making factory in Sultanpur belt, when her husband threw n acid packet at her in front of Bank of Baroda branch near MP Chowk and escaped. In this case, another young man and his uncle, a resident of Bagwara village of Kunda, were also injured in an attempt to save the victim.

At the same time, on the complaint of the victim in the case, a case was registered against the woman's husband under sections 307 and 326A. In this case, the victim was referred to STH Haldwani, where she died during treatment on 21 November 2016. At the same time, in this case, on Wednesday, the first ADJ Preetu Sharma sentenced the accused husband to life imprisonment in Section 302 and a fine of Rs 20 thousand while in Section 326 A, he was sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000.
