Mother, son took oath of assembly member together, historic day for Chautala family
Chandigarh: After the assembly elections in Haryana, the discussion of Jananayak Janata Party (JJP) is happening all around. The BJP has formed a government in the state with the support of the JJP. At the same time, JJP leader Naina Chautala and his deputy chief minister son Dushyant Chautala once again made headlines on Monday.
In fact, mother and son created history as soon as they were sworn in as members of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. This is the first time that a mother and son have sworn in an MLA in the Haryana Legislative Assembly. Dushyant's father and former MP Ajay Chautala was present in the VIP gallery of the assembly to witness this historic moment.
Ajay Chautala, who is serving sentence in Tihar Jail in teacher recruitment scam, is out on furlough these days. Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala is MLA from Uchana Kalan seat in Jind district. At the same time, his mother Naina Chautala has been elected MLA from Barhda seat of Charkhi-Dadri district.
