Box Office Collection Day 25: Shah Rukh Khan'S 'Jawan' Crosses ₹600 Crore Mark In India

On Day 25 of its release, Shah Rukh Khan starrer ' Jawan ,' directed by Atlee , continues to perform exceptionally both at the domestic and international box office. According to Sacnilk.com, 'Jawan' has soared past the impressive ₹600 crore milestone in India. Notably, the film also features Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles.

According to the report, 'Jawan' garnered an impressive ₹389.88 crore in its first week, with ₹347.98 crore from the Hindi version, ₹23.86 crore from the Tamil version, and ₹18.04 crore from the Telugu version. In the second week, the film continued its strong performance, amassing ₹136.1 crore, including ₹125.46 crore from the Hindi version, ₹4.17 crore from the Tamil version, and ₹6.47 crore from the Telugu version. In its third week, 'Jawan' maintained its box office success, adding ₹55.92 crore to its total earnings, with ₹52.06 crore from the Hindi version, ₹1.45 crore from the Tamil version, and ₹2.41 crore from the Telugu version.


On the 23rd day, 'Jawan' raked in ₹5.05 crore, with ₹4.9 crore coming from the Hindi version, ₹5 lakh from the Tamil version, and ₹1 lakh from the Telugu version. On the 24th day, it continued its impressive run, collecting ₹8.5 crore, including ₹8.27 crore from the Hindi version, ₹8 lakh from the Tamil version, and ₹15 lakh from the Telugu version. Early estimates for the 25th day indicate that 'Jawan' earned a solid ₹8.80 crore nett in India across all languages.

Up to this point, the film has amassed an impressive ₹604.25 crore at the domestic box office. Additionally, on Sunday, it achieved a remarkable milestone by grossing ₹1,068.58 crore at the international box office.


'Jawan' has achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film in the country, surpassing the lifetime collection of the Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel-starrer 'Gadar 2.' The film also features cameo appearances by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt, adding to its star-studded cast. Notably, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, and Sanjeeta Bhattacharya are also part of the ensemble cast of 'Jawan.'

Following the remarkable success of the movie, the film's makers convened a press conference in Mumbai. During this event, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his excitement about the film's triumph, saying, “It's a celebration. We rarely get a chance to live with a film for years. The making of Jawan has been going on for four years due to Covid and time constraints."

“There were a lot of people involved in this film, especially people from the South who came and settled in Mumbai and have been living in Mumbai for the last four years and working day and night for this film, which is the hardest work ever,” he added.
