A 24-year-old unemployed youth from Jamalpur, home quarantined after recent treatment at SVP hospital for coronavirus, killed himself at his house on Friday. He was addicted to bidis and pan masala, according to the complaint filed by the father.

The deceased's parents had shifted to his paternal uncle’s house as he was home quarantined at the family house.
