Rescued from Andhra Pradesh: 32 bonded labourers

 

Anantapur: The Anantapur locale organization of Andhra Pradesh Tuesday saved 32 Odia reinforced workers from a block furnace and started steps to send them back to their local places in Balangir region in Odisha.

As per reports, the 32 workers having a place with 29 families were utilized at a block furnace at Kanumpalli Cross in Garladinne zone of the area.

Anantapur organization started ventures for their movement back home after their wages were settled according to neighborhood government rules.

Anantpur kid welfare board director Nallani Rajeswari, who was a piece of the salvage group, said her group recognized 12 youngsters matured somewhere in the range of five and 18 years and four kids beneath five years and two kids underneath a half year among the safeguarded people.

Bodies of evidence were being held up against the proprietor of the blocks furnace under Section 79 of Juvenile Justice Act and Sec 14 R/W 3A of Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) CLPR Amendment Act 2016 for utilizing minors, she included.

Rajeswari further educated that the minors would be taken to a nearby medical clinic Wednesday for wellbeing exam and age assurance following which they would be given over to Balangir CWC in Odisha. The Anantapur organization would book the movement tickets and give cash to nourishment and other travel related costs.
