RN Ravi to hold consultative meeting with church leaders and civil societies on October 18

Guwahati: Interlocutor for the Naga peace talks, RN Ravi will hold a consultative meeting with the Church leaders and civil societies on October 18 in Kohima.

Representatives of 14 Naga tribes of Nagaland and United Naga Council (UNC) from Manipur will be attending the meeting.

Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) and Nagaland GB (Gaon Burahs’) Federation.

are invited for discussion. Ravi is also the Governor of Nagaland.

On October 10, RN Ravi and NSCN (I-M) leaders led by Thuingaleng Muivah held a meeting in New Delhi.

On Sunday Naga Hoho the apex tribal body of Nagas in Nagaland stated that any accord that does not honour the Nagas' legitimate rights for integration, separate Naga flag and constitution is neither honourable nor acceptable to the Nagas.
