Shark Tank India's Deepinder Goyal acquires 5 Acres for Rs 79 cr; a look at this net worth

In FY2024, 29 land deals spanned 314 acres, but the standout transaction in Delhi was by Deepinder Goyal , co-founder and CEO of Zomato . According to data from Anarock, Goyal acquired a 5-acre land parcel in the Dera Mandi area for ₹79 crore, marking the largest individual land deal in Delhi during this period.

The entrepreneur and Shark Tank investor enjoys a luxurious lifestyle, frequently travelling to international destinations for vacations or business expansion. After college, Deepinder began his career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Frustrated by long food order lines at Bain, he founded FoodieBay.com to simplify food ordering. Deepinder and his colleague Pankaj developed an intranet-based system for Bain's staff, but the website unexpectedly gained significant traction and high traffic. Realizing its potential, they rebranded the food platform, marking the start of a transformative journey in the food technology industry.
