Shiv Sena will bring change in Dhule, says Uddhav Thackeray

NASHIK/DHULE: Sena president Uddhav Thackeray , while addressing a rally in Dhule , said the citizens will have to make a wise decision of electing the BJP-Sena alliance in the upcoming assembly elections.

“In the last election we (BJP and Sena) contested against each other and the outcome was bad and the city failed to get a good leader.

This time, both parties have come together and offered you the best person who will work for the development of the city,” Thackeray said.

The Sena leader was campaigning for Hilal Mali, a Sena candidate, in Dhule. Guardian minister Dada Bhuse along with other top leaders like Subhash Bhamre , Sanjay Raut and Jaykumar Raval were also present at the rally.

“There hasn’t been any change in the city for the past many years. The city has the same old look and the problems of the citizens have also remained the same. The citizens are still facing the same basic problems and we want to change the situation here,” Thackeray said.

“Through Mali, we present to you a candidate who has been striving hard for the society all these years. He will not only bring water to the parched region, but at the same time will bring development in real terms if voted to power as MLA,” he added.

Earlier in the day, addressing a rally in Akkalkuva assembly segment in Nandurbar district, Thackeray said that his party was committed to ensure nobody challenged the reservation of the tribals under any circumstances and also pay attention towards the issues of malnourishment.

“We will ensure there is no sharing of reservation quota meant for tribals at any cost,” Thackeray said while campaigning for party candidate Amshya Padvi.

“The tribal region is dominated by issues like malnourishment. We have promised good, healthy and nutritious meals for Rs 10 in our manifesto and we are sure this will be of much help for the people in the region,” Thackeray said.

In his third rally of the day, Thackeray assured the residents of Manmad in Nandgaon assembly segment that the party would solve the water crisis of the town.
