Spiritual tips for battling Covid-19 crisis

VARANASI: The country's top bureaucrats had a digital discussion with Sadhguru on importance of spirituality in challenging times. Organised by Indian Civil and Administrative Officers Association on Saturday, the interaction covered a wide range of issues from success in public affairs to raising one's consciousness at work.

The seven panellists included director, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussorie, Sanjeev Chopra, joint secretary of ministry of road transport and highways, Amit Ghosh, Rajesh Lakhani of Tamil Nadu IAS cadre, J Balamurugan of Punjab, Vijaylakshmi B. of Maharashtra cadre, Kaushal Raj Sharma, district magistrate, Varanasi, and Milind Ramteke of Tripura cadre.

Sharma said, a vibrant discussion was held on what defines success in public affairs. The interaction delved on the theory of karma and ways to move to towards the large goal of liberation.

Sadhguru enlightened panellists on ways to inspire a generation to achieve individual growth and collective wellbeing. Bureaucrats also sought to know how to keep up the morale of civil servants in wake of rapidly changing global situations, rising public expectation and sudden challenges like covid-19.
