Sufna First Look Out: Ammy Virk's musical love story is all about hope and happiness

Ammy Virk never fails to surprise his fans. Days after he released his new single Mitran, a song based on friendship, the singer turned actor has now announced his next project. Ammy will be next seen in Jagdeep Sidhu’s directorial Sufna which means a dream. He made the big announcement on his social media handle wherein he also shared the first look poster of the movie.

The poster of this musical love story also confirmed that Sufna will be hitting the silver screen on Valentine’s Day next year.

In the poster, Ammy is seen donning the uniform of an army officer. He was also seen holding a little girl in his arms who is playing with colourful balloons. As per the poster, it seems that Ammy has returned home after a while and is enjoying his time with the little girl. The poster speaks volumes about hope, optimism and happiness. He captioned the poster as, “Zehar wekh k peeta te ki peeta, Ishq soch k keeta te ki keeta, Dil de k dil lain di ass rakhi ve bulleya, Pyaar wi laalach naal keeta te ki keeta.... Aaam je lokaan de sufnaya di gal.”

Apart from Ammy, Sufna will also star Jagjeet Sandhu and Tania in the lead. The songs of the movie will be penned by Jaani while B Praak has lent his voice for the project.

Meanwhile, Ammy is also gearing up for his Bollywood debut with Kabir Khan’s directorial ’83 wherein he will be essaying the role of Balvinder Singh Sandhu. Starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, the movie will chronicle the Indian cricket team’s glorious triumph during the 1983 World Cup. Besides, Ammy will also be seen in Ajay Devgn starrer Bhuj – The Pride of India.
