Things are getting worse in Bihar. On Saturday, 228 new corona patients were found. These patients are from 24 districts. According to the department, 31 in Rohtas, 24 in Vaishali, 19 in Madhepura, 13 in Katihar, 12 in Khagadia, 15 in Supaul, 3 in Siwan, 10 in Patna, one in Jamui, 2 in Nalanda, one in Buxar, 3 in Bhagalpur, 14 in Aurangabad, 2 in Lakhisarai, 5 in Begusarai, 9 in Nawada, 18 in Madhubani, 10 in Gaya, 9 in Darbhanga, 2 in Arwal, 6 in Banka, 13 in Sitamarhi, 2 in Western Champaran and 4 in Saran Matters came to light. This is the highest number of new patients in a day in the state. There was also a death. A 48-year-old resident of Saran died in PMCH. The corona investigation after the death found the deceased positive. The death toll in the state from Corona has risen to 12. The PMCH administration has confirmed the death.

According to the first district-wise update released by the Health Department, 97 new infections were detected in the state, 82 according to the second update and 49 according to the third. With this, the total number of corona positive increased to 2394 by adding 2166 and 228 positive patients a day earlier.

The total corona cases in the state have been 2394. Talking of those who have overcome the disease, their number had risen to 653 by Saturday. In this case, there are 1729 active cases of Corona in the state.

Corona cases in Bihar have increased alarmingly in the last few days. According to the Health Department report, between 20 May and 23, May 762 infected have been found, which is 31.82% of the total infected till then. They are all migrants, who have returned to Bihar from May 3 from different states. A total of 1409 migrants who have returned to Bihar since May 3 have been found, which is more than half of the total infected.
