Train to Bhagalpur in Bihar chugs off Mohali Railway Station with 1600 migrants

The Mohali Railway Station today saw another train chugging off to Bhagalpur station in Bihar carrying 1600 migrant workers.Though the District has become corona virus free  with no active cases at present, yet the District Administration ensured that the migrant workers before boarding the train, were subjected to thorough medical screening strictly in  accordance with the health protocol.

The District Administration also provided packets of food, water, biscuits to the migrants who especially the women, old aged people and the  children expressed heartiest thanks to the District Administration for facilitating their journey back home. In a  novel initiative, the 1625 vials of the homeopathic immuno booster  medicine Arsenicum Album 30 was also distributed amongst the migrant workers as well as the staff on duty by the Civil Dispensary, Phase -11 staff members.
