Truck catches fire at Prakasam

Vijayawada: A truck carrying a load of matchboxes caught fire at Prakasam Barrage in Vijayawada on Saturday. The incident happened when vigilance and enforcement directorate officials were conducting raids on trucks. They noticed the truck stop in the middle of the barrage with smoke emanating from it. Upon further examination, they found that several matchboxes had caught fire.

Officials seized the truck and a case was registered by One Town police.
