Two killed, 5 hurt: Road accidents

Two people were killed, while five others were harmed in street mishaps that occurred on the Panchkula-Yamunanagar national roadway on Tuesday.

Jalandhar inhabitants Parambir Singh and his companion Sushil Kumar were going to Haridwar (Uttarakhand) from Dera Bassi on a bike when a transport hit them. Parambir kicked the bucket on the spot, while his companion got wounds.

In another mishap, a three-wheeler hit a fixed truck close Sudhail town, harming every one of the five tenants of the vehicle. They were taken to the Civil Hospital, Jagadhri. One of them, Nafees, was alluded to the PGIMER, Chandigarh, on account of his basic condition. He kicked the bucket on approach to Chandigarh.
