Una Healy's son grins on his first day at school as singer leads celebrities kicking off new term with morning run

Una Healy balances her high-flying career with raising her two kids.

And the singer, 37, led the stars when she focused on her children when she drove her son Tadhg, four, for his first day at school.

Una was every inch the proud mother as she snapped a picture of her son smiling while he posed in his brand new burgundy school uniform.

She captioned the Instagram post: "First day of school! No tears just smiles."

The mother-of-two also captured a sweet picture of her eldest Aoife, seven, alongside her brother.

She shared the same picture on her Instagram stories with the caption: "You got this little bro."

Her ex-husband Ben Foden has yet to post about his son's first day at school.

The night before the first day back, Stacey Solomon joined forces with her boys and love Joe Swash on the sofa for a family picture.

Stacey beamed with pride as she cuddled up to her boys Zachary, 11, Leigh, seven, and her newborn Rex.

The mother-of-three explained it was an emotional time for her as she was sending Zach to school after homeschooling him for two years.

She penned alongside the snap: "The boys are back in town I’ve loved having some one on one time with Rex over the last 2 weeks but I can’t tell you how happy my heart is that all of my boys are back home and on the sofa giving me the best cuddles I could wish for! Summer is nearly over.

"This one is an emotional one for me because after 2 years of homeschooling Zachary is off to Secondary School and I just can’t believe how quickly it’s come around.

"I’m going to make the most of the last few days of the holidays before my baby becomes a big boy! (He will always be my baby) P.S Rex’s face cracks me up! P.P.S is anyone else’s babies off to secondary school? Or recently started? What’s your best advise, hacks, tips?"

Catherine Tyldesley joined the slew of stars on the school run as she posted a picture with her son Alfie, five.

In the fun snap, the pair cosied up to each other on the sofa before they got in the car for school.

The mother-of-one added the dog ears filter and a time stamp of 07:10 to the picture.

She captioned the post, "Monday we got you."
