In the video, Kanak enjoys mushroom tikka while floating on Dal Lake on a shikara. She calls out to a vendor on another boat, asking about the food options.
The vendor prepares mushroom tikka on a mini tandoor right on his boat. While he cooks, other vendors can be heard selling Kashmir's famous drink, kahwa. Once ready, the vendor serves the hot tikka on a disposable plate with toothpicks and two chutneys.
Kanak's happy expression after tasting the tikka shows how much she enjoyed it. She captioned the video, "Enjoying the street food of Kashmir."
