West Champaran, Siwan, Saran, Gopalganj, West Champaran, Sitamarhi, Madhepura, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Vaishali, Shivhar, Samastipur, Soupaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Saharsa and Purnia may receive heavy rains and partial showers at places.
