- Yashasvi Jaiswal (60 off 31 balls) is picked for the Player of the Match award because of his initial onslaught with the bat - very vital in handing Rajasthan the early advantage.
- Rajasthan were on the money from the word go with Trent Boult taking two wickets in his first over which was also a maiden. He ended with three wickets for 29 runs in his four overs with Yuzvendra Chahal also claiming three wickets under his belt. Ravichandran Ashwin took two crucial wickets and Sandeep Sharma chipped in with one at the end. This was a complete performance by the bowlers on a batting surface but credit goes to the batters who put a massive total on the board. Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal scored half-centuries and Shimron Hetmyer provide the boost towards the end.
