India’s entry-level adventure bike scene is heating up, and the arrival of the 2025 Yezdi Adventure has turned up the dial. With cosmetic upgrades and new features while keeping the same trusted engine, it faces tough competition from the newly launched Hero Xpulse 210 and the reliable Suzuki V-Strom SX 250. Let’s break down what each offers.

Engine & Performance

Yezdi Adventure continues with its punchy 334cc liquid-cooled engine, delivering 29 hp and 29.9 Nm. It’s the torquiest of the lot and comes with a 6-speed gearbox for highway comfort.

Xpulse 210 uses a revised 210cc liquid-cooled engine (derived from the Karizma XMR), producing 24.6 hp and 20.7 Nm—ideal for off-road newcomers.

V-Strom SX 250 goes with a more road-focused 249cc oil-cooled engine, pushing 26.5 hp and 22.2 Nm. Smooth and predictable, it's suited for long-distance touring.

Ride & Practicality

  • Yezdi wins on paper with the highest ground clearance (220 mm) and largest tank (15.5 litres)—perfect for long rides without worry.

  • Xpulse 210 keeps things balanced with 205 mm clearance, a 13-litre tank, and a rider-friendly feel—great for trail fun at a budget price.

  • V-Strom SX feels more like a street bike in ADV clothing. It has the lowest tank size (12 litres) and tallest seat height (835 mm), which might not suit everyone.

Price Check

  • Hero Xpulse 210: ₹1.76 lakh — the most affordable, value-packed option.
  • Yezdi Adventure: ₹2.15 lakh — offers rugged specs at a competitive price.
  • Suzuki V-Strom SX 250: ₹2.16 lakh — slightly more expensive, aimed at touring comfort.

If you want serious off-road potential and big-bike presence, the Yezdi Adventure delivers most for the price. The Xpulse 210 is your go-to for light off-roading and daily use on a budget. Meanwhile, the V-Strom SX 250 suits those who mostly stick to tarmac but crave a touch of adventure.
