The TVS Motor Company Orbiter has been crowned EV Scooter of the Year at the Auto9 Awards 2026, organised by the TV9 Network. The award was presented by Ajay Tamta, Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, who attended the ceremony as the chief guest.

Launched in August 2025, the TVS Orbiter is priced at ₹99,900 and has been developed with a clear focus on urban mobility. The scooter is positioned as a practical yet stylish electric two-wheeler aimed at young riders as well as families looking for a reliable daily commuter.

The TVS Orbiter features a sleek, modern design suited for city use. It gets large LED lighting elements, a neatly integrated windscreen, and smoothly curved body panels that give it a contemporary look. The overall design is clean and approachable, making it suitable for riders of all age groups.

, making it one of the more capable electric scooters in its price bracket. It is powered by a single 3.1 kWh battery pack. Unlike the TVS iQube, which is offered with multiple battery options, the Orbiter keeps things simple with a single configuration focused on everyday city commuting.

The scooter also comes equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster

featuring Bluetooth connectivity, offering ride data and smartphone integration.
