Skoda Kylaq New Prices Explained

Skoda has increased the Kylaq’s price by amounts ranging between ₹4,349 and ₹19,295, depending on the variant. After the revision, the Kylaq now starts at an ex-showroom price of ₹7.59 lakh, while the top-end variant goes up to ₹12.99 lakh. The highest hike of ₹19,295 has been applied to the top variant, while the mid-variant sees a relatively lower increase of ₹9,736.

Why Are Prices Going Up?

Skoda isn’t alone in raising prices. Several carmakers are doing the same due to rising raw material costs, fluctuating foreign exchange rates, and overall inflation. These factors continue to push manufacturing costs higher, which eventually reflects in showroom prices.

Skoda Kylaq EMI Details

If you plan to buy the base variant in Delhi, the on-road cost comes to around ₹8.57 lakh. After making a down payment of ₹2 lakh, you’ll need a loan of approximately ₹6.57 lakh.

At an interest rate of 9 percent for a three-year tenure, your monthly EMI will be about ₹20,892. Over three years, you’ll repay nearly ₹7.52 lakh to the bank, which includes around ₹95,000 as interest.

The Skoda Kylaq remains an attractive option in its segment, but the recent price hike means buyers should factor in the extra cost before booking. If you’re planning a purchase soon, acting early could still help you manage the overall budget better.
