Tata Motors Teases Punch Facelift Ahead Of January 13 Unveil
Tata Motors has officially teased the facelifted version of the Punch, confirming that the updated sub-4-metre SUV will be unveiled on 13 January, 2026. This marks the first major update for the internal combustion engine version of the Punch since its debut in 2021. The teaser images reveal notable design revisions while retaining the model’s familiar proportions, signalling an evolution rather than a complete overhaul.

A major highlight is the new vertically stacked LED headlamp setup, which draws inspiration from the Punch EV. While the electric version features a full-width LED light bar, the petrol-powered facelift replaces this with a black trim strip flanked by slim LED daytime running lights, creating a distinct identity for the ICE model.
At the rear, the facelift introduces connected LED tail-lights housed within a black plastic trim element. This design update enhances the SUV’s visual width and aligns it with current market trends.
