For Manager & Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms)
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in IT, Computers, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Telecommunication
- OR Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
- Candidates must secure at least 60% marks from a recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA / Executive MBA.
Work Experience:
- Manager: Minimum 5 years in Digital Payments, FinTech, FASTag, Risk Management, CRM, or Digital Solutions.
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 3 years in the relevant field.
For Manager (Credit Analyst)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in Corporate Credit/High Value Credit in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience must be in appraisal or assessment of medium/large corporate credit proposals at banks, subsidiaries, or financial institutions.
