Bandra west apt given on ₹3.1L/month rent by actress
Bollywood actress Malaika Arora Khan put her apartment up for rent in Mumbai, starting at a monthly rent of Rs. 3.10 lakh, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website. The deal was officially registered in March 2026.
According to property registration documents, this apartment is in Vida building, Bandra West and the deal was registered with a stamp duty of Rs 30,819, registration charges of Rs 1,000 and a security deposit of Rs 20 lakh.
As per the Square Yards’ analysis, the lease is set for 36 months. The monthly rent starts at Rs 3.10 lakh for the first year and increases by 5% to Rs 3.25 lakh in the second year. It will rise again by 5% to reach Rs 3.14 lakh in the final year of the lease. Overall, the total rental value over the three-year period is Rs 1.17 crore.
