M&M Q4 Results: PAT soars 53% YoY to Rs 3,737 cr; Rs 33/sh dividend declared

Automobile major Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Tuesday reported a standalone net profit of Rs 3,737.27 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, a 53.3% increase from Rs 2,437 crore reported in the same quarter last year.

Along with the results, the M&M board also recommended a final dividend of Rs 33 per ordinary equity share of face value Rs 5 each for FY26. The record date for the final dividend is Friday, July 3, 2026.
