Canadian police probe mysterious deaths of Punjabi couple in Calgary

PTC Web Desk: Tragedy struck the Punjabi community in Calgary as a married couple, identified as Ekamveer Singh and his wife Jasmine Kaur, was found dead recently. Both were residents of the Redstone neighbourhood in northeast Calgary, close to the village of Chaukiman. They belong to Jagraon in Punjab. 

Authorities are currently treating the incident as suspicious, with initial reports suggesting a possible criminal angle.

The Calgary Police Service has launched a detailed investigation to determine the exact cause of their deaths. At this stage, no official confirmation regarding the circumstances of the incident has been released.

The deaths have sent shockwaves through the local community, and neighborus have expressed deep concern over the incident.
