Darts news: Luke Littler heavily booed again as Sky Sports pundit leaves suddenly
Just two players remain at the World Darts Championship with Luke Littler set to battle Gian van Veen in tomorrow night's blockbuster final. The reigning champion has the opportunity to become the first back-to-back winner since Gary Anderson achieved the feat in 2015 and 2016. He breezed past Ryan Searle in the semi-finals to put himself one match away from retaining the Sid Waddell Trophy.
However, the teenage superstar won't have an easy ride in the final with Van Veen determined to upset the odds. The young Dutchman outlasted Anderson in a contest for the ages, putting in the display of his life to get the job done. He is now within touching distance of the biggest prize in darts, but will need to find another level entirely to stop the Littler train.
