Donald Trump has spoken for the first time about the arrest of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. Addressing reporters on the Air Force One, the US President said: "I think it's a shame. I think it's very sad. I think it's so bad for the Royal Family.

"It's very, very sad. To me, it's a very sad thing." Mr Trump went on to praise King Charles as a fantastic person "who's obviously coming to our country very soon."
