A man shockingly stayed with his wife after she had sex with a teenager.

Instead of divorce, the man - dubbed the "world's most forgiving husband - has chosen to relocate with his unfaithful partner, seeking a fresh start away from the public eye. McKenna Kindred sparked widespread controversy when it was discovered that the ex-teacherallegedly having sex with a teenage pupil, while her husband Kyle was away. McKenna later avoided prison after securing a plea deal in court. It has now emerged that Kyle remained with McKenna, with the couple having relocated in a bid to rebuild their lives. This comes as the parents of McKenna's victim have condemned her "predatory" behaviour towards the teenager.

McKenna was home alone whilst Kyle was on a hunting trip when she arranged sexual encounters with her 17-year-old student between June and November 2022, according to The Sun. The then 23 year old's secret was exposed after the teenager confided in his parents, who quickly told authorities.

During a court appearance, in March 2024, the victim's mother denounced the actions as an "abuse of power" that has inflicted lasting harm on him and damaged his future career opportunities, reports the Daily Star. Spokane County Superior Court heard the mother's anguished statement, which said: "A light he used to carry has been dimmed."

Breaking down in tears on the stand, McKenna wept as she apologised to the student and his family, confessing that she was "deeply ashamed" of her actions. She later admitted guilt to revised charges of second-degree sexual misconduct with a minor and communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

After being sentenced to a two-year probation sentence, along with £700 in fees, McKenna was instructed by the judge to register as a sex offender for a decade.

It has now been confirmed that Kyle decided not to leave his wife and has since relocated to Idaho, according to property records. It's now thought that the couple reside in the state's capital, Boise, where Kyle is employed as a property solicitor for a local firm.

The home they purchased reportedly cost the couple around $500,000 (£373,000), and property records showed that the pair officially announced their intention to move last year, just months after McKenna managed to avoid prison.

Further details about McKenna's career have not been uncovered, although it was reported that she voluntarily surrendered her teaching licence following an investigation by Idaho's standards board. As for Kyle, he is now a lawyer for local firm Holland and Hart.

On it's website, Kindred is described as an "associate", assisting with comprehensive legal guidance for those requiring it. "Kyle provides legal insight on complex real estate transactions, including due diligence, compliance, and research," the description stated.
