The victim’s ordeal began around 10 PM on Monday night when she stepped out of her residence. According to the police complaint, she was intercepted by two men traveling in an SUV. One of the men was reportedly dressed in a police uniform, which the attackers allegedly used to intimidate or lure the teen.
The girl was forcibly taken to an isolated location where she was subjected to a brutal assault inside the vehicle. The ordeal lasted for nearly two hours before the perpetrators drove back and dumped the minor in an unconscious state right outside her home.
Family Alleges Police Inaction
The victim’s brother discovered her lying outside the house around midnight in a semi-conscious state. While he claims to have dialed the emergency number (112) immediately, the family alleges that there was a frustrating delay in the initial police response.
Refusing to back down, the family escalated the matter to senior officials on Tuesday morning. It was only after this high-level intervention that an FIR was officially registered under sections pertaining to kidnapping and gang rape.

What began as a case against "unknown persons" quickly turned into a high-profile investigation as the suspects were identified. “A case of rape was registered in Sachendi involving a minor girl. The complaint was filed against unknown persons. Based on the allegations, two individuals have been identified, and one accused has been apprehended. The name of a police sub-inspector has also surfaced. Raids are being conducted to apprehend him. He is currently absconding. Four teams have been deployed. His arrest will be ensured as soon as possible," he said.
