Met Office issues new rain and snow warning as 6 UK areas face blackouts and floodings

The Met Office issued a new weather warning for rain and snow on Tuesday evening. The national weather forecaster issued a yellow alert set to be in place between 4am on Wednesday, February 18, and 8pm the same day.
