Popular hotel chain launches cosy new sleepwear collection - but you need to be quick!
Hotel chain Premier Inn has launched its very own limited-edition range of sleepwear, for the first time ever, inspired by all things sleep-related. The new collection includes designs featuring the hotel company's moon and stars logo, as well as others with sheep, slippers, pillows, and alarm clocks in its iconic purple colour.
All proceeds from the limited collected will go to charity partner Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity), which helps give seriously ill children the best chance, and the best childhood possible.
The launch comes as research involving 2,000 Brits found that a third of those who wear pyjamas have up to five 'pyjama days' per month, during which they spend all day in them.
Fifty percent said they 'live' in their nightwear during the winter months, and 16% declared them to be their 'favourite outfit'. One in five (20%) said they put them on the moment they get home.
A further 47% put them on before 7:30pm, while 20% even claimed to put them on by 6 p.m. at the latest over the winter months to maximise their cosiness.
A spokesperson for the hotel chain said: "It's official, you heard it here first - the UK is a nation of pyjama lovers. Of course, the primary purpose of pyjamas is to have a perfect night's slumber, which perfectly aligns with our way of thinking.
"We help millions of people have a great night's sleep every year - you might even say we're a bit obsessed with it."
The study further found that 44% of adults sleep better with pyjamas on, and 24% of pyjama enthusiasts 'don't understand' how people can go to bed without them.
The typical respondent owns four pairs, although 26% buy new ones less than once per year, according to OnePoll.
The spokesperson for Premier Inn added: "There's never a bad time to upgrade your sleep game, and getting into bed in new pyjamas is one of life's great pleasures. Guests tell us time and time again that they love our beds, and our goal is to offer guests a great night's sleep.
"We thought it was a match made in heaven to offer a range of cosy cotton PJs so guests can sink into their beds in even more comfort.
"But they are only going to be available for a limited time, so if you are a superfan and want a pair, you'll have to move quickly."
The collection is now available to buy online.
