BBC Radio 2 presenter Sara Cox has disclosed that she uses Dr Vegan supplements, declaring "there is literally no better women's multivitamin out there". Although she doesn't follow a vegan diet herself, Sara, 51, explains she opted for Dr Vegan because their products are pure, containing no animal-derived ingredients, bulking agents or artificial additives.

"For years I thought all supplements were exactly the same," she reveals. "Turns out there's a lot of difference. What matters to me is that I know exactly what I'm putting in my body and that I'm using a product I can trust, and I trust Dr Vegan."

Sara confirms her preferred choice is the Dr Vegan Women's ProMulti, which has been specially developed for women as they get older (aged 40+). These supplements are currently on offer for £70.19, reduced from £86.97, for a 90-day supply - equating to approximately 77p per day.

"Thank heavens for Women's ProMulti," Sara remarks. "It's got everything I need for my energy, hormones, immunity, skin and very important in my job, focus. There is literally no better women's multivitamin out there. I challenge you to try and find one 'cause you won't," she continues.

According to Dr Vegan, Women's ProMulti is the only multivitamin and probiotic on the market that is powered by 28 active ingredients, including five billion live cultures. Developed by specialists in women's health, it contains high-potency B vitamins in their methylated forms, biotin, folate, amino acids, botanical extracts including ashwagandha, cranberry and ginkgo, plus targeted bacterial strains lactobacillus reuteri and lactobacillus crispatus for women's daily intimate wellness, reports the Mirror.

These components support brain and cognitive performance, hormonal balance, energy levels, immunity and mental wellbeing, healthier hair, skin and nails, plus overall digestive flora and intimate health. The tablets may be taken morning or evening, with a recommended dosage of two per day. They can be consumed with or without meals and shoppers should not exceed the suggested daily intake.

Alternatively, Holland and Barrett stocks the Vitabiotics Wellwoman Max 84 Tablets for £22.50. According to the product description, these provide 33 nutrients to support everyday nutritional requirements and include micronutrients, omega 3-6-9 and calcium combined with vitamin D.

Boots offers another alternative with the Revive Active with CoQ10. L-Arginine Multivitamins, Minerals and Antioxidants for £49.95. This represents a one-month supply of 30 sachets, designed for those aged over 30. These sachets feature 26 active ingredients - utilising a blend of 11 vitamins, seven minerals and five amino acids to enhance overall health and wellbeing.

Shoppers have praised Dr Vegan's Women's ProMulti, with one stating they "made a real difference to my skin and mood". Another customer remarked: "I replaced my well known and allegedly high quality brand of women's multi-vitamins with the Women's Pro-Multi a week ago and am already feeling a significant difference in my energy levels. I'm also taking MenoFriend which helps with vaso-motor conditions (hot flushes, night sweats). They seem to be a good combination at the moment."

Nevertheless, some buyers expressed minor reservations. One individual stated: "Informative and quick delivery - it's my first month so results still in the mix."

Another noted: "Feeling positive about the product. However, as I have only been taking the tablets for a couple of weeks it's too early to tell if they are having any health benefits yet."

On the whole, the majority of customers were satisfied. "All great for me," one person commented. The Women's ProMulti supplements from Dr Vegan are available to purchase at the discounted price of £70.19.
