Rishab Shetty speaks about faith in Raghavendra Swamy at Mantralayam event

Mantralayam: Actor and filmmaker Rishab Shetty recently shared a personal story about his faith in Sri Raghavendra Swamy during a programme held at Mantralayam.

Speaking at the event, Rishab said his mother has been a devoted follower of Raghavendra Swamy. He recalled that his family was going through severe financial difficulties before he was born. During that period, his mother is said to have prayed at Mantralayam, seeking the blessing of a son and better days for the family.

He said he was later born on a Thursday, a day considered special by devotees of Raghavendra Swamy. According to the actor, his mother often advised him to pray to the saint whenever he faced challenges in life.

Rishab stated that he has followed that advice and maintained faith in Raghavendra Swamy throughout his journey. He added that even during difficulties faced in film shootings, he would offer prayers and seek blessings.

The actor shared these details as part of his address at the religious gathering, drawing attention from devotees present at the event.
