'Sensational' drama with huge 'plot twist' is coming to Netflix

A gripping psychological thriller series hailed as the "best ever" keeps audiences captivated throughout, and it's arriving on Netflix imminently. The Victim originally premiered in 2019 on BBC One across four episodes. It chronicles the devastating story of a mother who believes a family man killed her son. Following her decision to name him online, a vicious assault ensues alongside intense debate over who truly deserves sympathy and who stands accused. Set in Scotland, the programme has earned devoted fans, with many only recently stumbling upon the mini series.

Currently available on ITVX, the four-part drama is also heading to Netflix within days, scheduled to arrive on the platform on Saturday, March 7. The four-part series is also available to stream free on ITVX for subscribers, reports the Mirror. Over the years, The Victim has earned a reputation as the "best ever" thriller series, boasting a finale that will leave viewers completely blindsided.

Over on IMDb, one reviewer commented: "This is an absolutely superb four part drama, that will have you moved, gripped and definitely captivated. It's an interesting insight into the proceedings of the Scottish legal system, and deals with a tragic, but fascinating case.
