Blaze Breaks Out During Dance Performance

The fire erupted around 11.45 pm while a belly-dance performance was underway on the first-floor dance floor. Nearly 150 people were present in the DJ area, with music playing and the performer dancing to Mehbooba O Mehbooba when flames were first spotted near the ceiling.

Electric Firecrackers Suspected As Cause

Initial investigations suggest that electric firecrackers used during the show struck the wooden ceiling, instantly igniting the blaze. Smoke spread rapidly across the building, leaving guests with little time to react or escape.
