According to police, the alleged crime took place on December 20 after a birthday and New Year party organised for the CEO at a hotel in the city.

Alleged Assault In Moving Vehicle

The survivor stated that the party began around 9 pm and continued until nearly 1.30 am. As other guests left the venue, she was allegedly offered a lift home by the accused. She claimed that the CEO, the executive head’s husband, and the executive head herself were present in the vehicle when the assault occurred.

Police said that during the drive, the group stopped at a shop and gave the woman something resembling cigarettes. Soon after consuming it, she allegedly lost consciousness.

Realisation The Next Morning

The woman told police that she became aware of the sexual assault only the following morning. Despite her repeated requests to be dropped home, she was allegedly taken back only around 5 am.

She later reviewed audio and video footage from the car’s dashcam, which she claimed recorded the entire incident. Based on this, she approached the police and filed a formal complaint on December 23.
