Eligibility Criteria for NMRC Recruitment
Educational Qualification: For Deputy General Manager (Project–Finance): Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost & Management Accountant (ICMAI) with at least 8 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, or related fields. Out of this, 3 years of experience should be in Metro/Railway/Railway PSUs/PRTS. Only government sector experience will be considered.
For Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Applicants must be an Associate/Fellow member of ICSI with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
For other posts, candidates must hold relevant degrees and experience as per the role. Detailed criteria can be checked in the official notification.
Age Limit:
Deputation basis: Maximum age up to 56 years
Direct recruitment/absorption: Maximum age up to 45 years
NMRC Salary Structure
Deputy General Manager: Rs 70,000 – Rs 2,00,000 per month
Assistant Manager: Rs 50,000 – Rs 1,60,000 per month
Applicants currently working in Central/State Government, PSUs, Railways, or Metro organisations must meet the prescribed IDA/CDA pay scale requirements.
