UP Board 10th Result 2026 Out: Kashish and Anshika Verma Top with 97.83%, Top 3 Rankers Announced

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially released the Class 10 board results for 2026 at 4 pm from its headquarters in Prayagraj. Along with the result statistics, the Board also announced the toppers list, showcasing excellent academic performances from students across the state.

This year, over 23 lakh students cleared the High School examination, recording an impressive overall pass percentage of 90.42%, marking a slight rise compared to last year’s 89.55%. The results highlight a highly competitive academic year, with top ranks decided by very narrow score margins.

Joint toppers shine at the top

The first rank in the UP Board Class 10 Result 2026 has been jointly secured by Kashish Verma of Babu Ram Savitri Devi Inter College, Sitapur, and Anshika Verma of Modern Academy Inter College, Barabanki. Both students achieved an outstanding 97.83%, sharing the top position in the state merit list.


Closely fought second and third ranks

The second position has been secured by Aditi, who scored 97.50% marks. The third rank has seen a three-way tie, with Arpita, Rishabh Sahu, and Pari Verma each scoring 97.33%. The Board noted that this year’s merit list reflects tightly packed high scores, indicating strong academic competition among students.

Strong performance across districts

Top-ranking students have emerged from several districts, including Sitapur, Barabanki, and Jhansi, showing balanced academic performance across regions. The Board also highlighted a consistent trend of better results among girl students, who once again outperformed boys in the overall pass percentage.


Girls have maintained a lead in UP Board Class 10 results for the past several years, and this year continues the same pattern of strong academic achievement.
