WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2026 Date Announced: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has announced the date for the declaration of the Madhyamik Examination 2026 results. According to an official press release issued by the Board on April 17, the Class 10 results will be published on May 8, 2026 (Friday).

In its notification, the Board stated, "The results of the Madhyamik Examination (Secondary Examination), 2026, will be published on May 8, 2026 (Friday). Further information will be provided in due course."

This announcement serves as a significant update for candidates who appeared for the state-level Madhyamik examination earlier this year. Over 9 lakh students are currently awaiting the results of the Madhyamik examination.

The Madhyamik Examination 2026 in West Bengal was conducted from February 2 to February 12. The results are scheduled to be declared just 85 days after the examinations concluded on February 12.

This year, approximately 9.71 lakh candidates appeared for the examination across 2,682 centers throughout the state, underscoring the significance and widespread reach of this examination within the state's academic calendar. Of these candidates, 5,44,606 were female students, 4,26,733 were male students, and one candidate was registered under the transgender category.

Emphasizing the importance of relying on authentic information, the Board has advised students to follow only official notifications. The press release explicitly states, "All examinees are advised to stay in touch exclusively with the Board's official channels for timely updates regarding the retrieval of results and related instructions."

Once the results are declared, students will be able to access their results through the official websites and other authorized platforms. To view their scores online, candidates will be required to enter their Roll Number, Date of Birth, and other necessary details. Additionally, students will be provided with the facility to receive their results via SMS, making it possible to access them even in areas with limited internet connectivity.
