The acclaimed Bollywood filmmaker, known for blockbuster hits like Main Hoon Na , Om Shanti Om, and Tees Maar Khan, shared this exciting update during her recent YouTube vlog while visiting actor Nakuul Mehta’s home in Mumbai.
During their conversation, Nakuul expressed how much he misses the unique genre of films that Farah is famous for. Responding warmly, Farah revealed that she plans to return to directing once her children leave for college. She also mentioned an online petition called “Wapas Aao Farah Khan,” urging her to make films again. Farah feels the timing is perfect and intends to begin her new directorial venture by the end of this year.
Farah also joked that she cannot abandon YouTube entirely, as it helps her pay her children’s college fees. However, she made it clear that when it comes to directing a film, she has only one actor in mind. When asked if YouTube would also produce her film, Farah quipped that if she directs, it will only be with Shah Rukh Khan. Otherwise, she said she is happy to wait and continue doing YouTube.
